Needs power now
The servers behind streaming, cloud storage and the apps people use every day run on a lot of electricity. In most major cities, getting a new power connection approved and built now takes years, so projects sit and wait.
Seour brings the two together. We lease one or two underused stages and fill them with computer servers and the cooling that supports them, using the power and fiber already on the lot. The studio earns rent, and production carries on.
Two industries are under pressure at the same time, and each has what the other is missing. Seour brings them together on the same studio lot.

Sound stages are built with heavy power and fiber for lighting and production. But the work comes and goes. Strikes, shutdowns and slow seasons can leave stages dark for months while the mortgage, taxes and upkeep keep coming.
We lease one or two stages a studio can spare and fit them with prefabricated servers and cooling that run on the power already there. The studio gets long-term rent, infrastructure gets power in months instead of years, and the rest of the lot keeps working.
Infrastructure gets the power it needs. Studios get income that keeps the lights on.
We come from television and film. We work around your shoots, and the rest of your lot keeps working.
We lease one or two stages long term and pay rent every month, whether or not anything is shooting. Through strikes, shutdowns and slow seasons, that rent helps studios keep their doors open, their crews employed and their stages ready for the next show.
New grid connections take years. Studio stages already sit in major metros with heavy power and fiber in place, so capacity comes online in months instead of years.
